Less bleeding during period
I am 26, upto 12 th standard i had bleeding for 6 days. When i started going to college it shortened to 2 days. For almost 9 years i have 2 day period. During these days the flow is normal. I usually get my periods on correct date. My height is 165 cm and  weight was 65 kg 1.5 years ago. I am dieting for these time but i could only see very little changes. So last month i decided to follow a diff plan. I took intermittent fasting 19/5 for 10 days. This month my bleeding is very less. I got my period at 11 am and now its 8 pm and no bleeding. I am very afraid. Please help

Amount n duration of Bleeding does not matter as long as a thyroid levels are normal and you are in the healthy side of the BMI
