It just means you have mixed power, nothing to worry...some people have like this , mostly you hv a cylindrical number... Power is according to shape of the eye.. You just need to wear correct power and follow doctors advice about when to wear ..

Sir its possible to have such a power and there is nothing to worry about. The spherical power is according to the axial length of the Eyeball and Cylinder is according to the curvature of cornea. So such compound power is absolutely normal.
