Legs Swelling in Pregnancy

Hi Doctors, I'm 23rd week pregnant. From the past few weeks onwards , my legs are swelling . The right leg is swelling more compared to the left leg . Sometimes it reduces automatically and the right leg is always seen with a little bit of swelling. Is this normal in pregnancy or any care needed for this ?
