Full thickness tear of the ACL with knee joint effusion The ACL is not visualized its entire length and the region of ACL is replaced by heterogeneous soft tissue with hyperintense signal on T2,PD and STIR sequenses.The PCL shows anterior buckling. There is evidence of knee joint effusion.
