My 75 year old aunty has swelling & itching on her leg since last 5 days . She has hypertension & takes medicine for it . She doesn't have Diabetes & Cholesterol. I have attached photos of her leg. Please advise

As shown in the picture, it looks like there is a localised swelling of subcutaneous fat is called as cellulitis.
It is one of complication of being diabetic. Please consult as soon as possible for further evaluation and management
