In tenosynovitis of leg we can undergo rest with ultrasonic physiotherapy which will decrease the peronal tendon issue but we need to find the cause with out trauma or injury you have been experiencing this swelling on medial aspect of ankle

1.ultrasonic therapy 2.remove the plaster of paris/ cast 3.ice application to lateral and medial aspect of leg 4.rest with affected limb elevation 5.I would need to look at x ray ankle and blood tests of esr and crp Total count and differential count values
