Leg pain and stomach funny

I have leg pain from one week pain arises from back of thigh to the bottom feet comes and goes. Also, i feel light bit shaky sometime. And stomach acts funny like rigid. I was diagonised with malaria one month before. And had taken multivitamins injection at that time.
