Bruises on leg, no pain or swelling
My daughter 6 yrs old, having a blue spot like bruises on leg since she was 2 years old. This spot appears and disappear within 1 week. There is no swelling,lump or pain. All Blood tests are normal (CBC, pt inr, aptt, electrophoresis, peripheral smear, vascular panel etc). Child is active also.
Please advise

Did she had an episode of fever before? There are various reasons for these types of random bruises, but sometimes this may even be due to nutritional deficiencies. If u don't find any pathological causes ruled out by ur doctor, then consider this nutritional cause too
