Leg cramps pregnancy
Im in my 21 weeks 6 days of pregnancy. I get leg cramps from below knees to ankle area, muscle twitches near knee area and i feel muscles getting tensed in legs.. is this normal during pregnancy does it affect baby

Please consult your Gynaecologist. You are 21 weeks pregnant. You should get yourself registered with a Hospital or a Nursing home for regular checkup and delivery.

Could be due to dehydration, vitamin B12 deficiency or electrolyte imbalance. Take plenty of fluids and  vitamin supplements
