Leg cramps
Hello doctor I am in my sixth month of pregnancy.. I would like to ask it is normal to have leg/calf cramps during pregnancy... ?? Or should I concern about it ?? I am already taking all my parental vitamins..

Yes... Many pregnant women complain about this. Do regular warm ups and stretching exercises.... And cover your legs properly with warm blanket while sleeping. W whenever you feel the leg cramp, try to get up and stand on your legs which will give you releif.Have milk and egg whites regularly

Its not a normal symptom , after taking all supplements Absorption of supplements not proper in your body , change the diet habits basically tea or coffee. U take vit-D 3 once a week as per your gynaecologist..

Calf pain is common . Good high protein diet Plenty of fluids . Vitamins is ok. U myt need sum other medicines.  Examination to rule out Deep venous thrombosis.  Consult ur doctor

No it's not R u taking calcium supplements regularly? Get ur vit d n vit b12 levels checked
