Left wrist injury
I had slipped and had bone crack type of injury in my left wrist and having a forearm splint since last 3 weeks and having still pain in that wrist.

The pain will be there.  Just don't let ur plastered hand dangle as it will cause swelling at injured site and so more pain. Always keep it supported with arm pouch.  Whatever part of hand is free do movements of  that part so the swelling reduces and so pain. And follow ur orthopaedic consultant advise.
