Left varicocole
Hello.,
Recently, I given my semens test and count was 2millons and doctor said minimum should be 20 million. Doc suggested to go for doplor test and report got left varicocole.
Please suggest how to proceed.

You have not told about the grades of vericocele. In subclinical & 1st grade vericocele with less sperm count ayurvedic treatment gives nice results. For 2nd grade and above you go for surgical intervention. But after surgery also you should take ayurvedic treatment for sperm deformity, less count, less motility. So don't worry, consult first a ayurvedic physician.
