Left Testis pain. By report is attached.

I am suffer testicle problem. I feel pain on lower back of left testis. I consult with doctor and all test are done. After that doctor says to its because of infection. He give some medicine to rule out infection but still I am feeling pain on press lower back of testis and upper back as well. Some side issue worrying me much like: 1.Discharge during sleep happening frequently. 4 to 5 time in a week at night and even at day also. Sometime discharge is happening 2 times on one single day. 2.On Little bit erect , penis discharge a color less , sometime light yellow color slipy liquid . 3. Burn during urination. But not all time. On morning first urine. Or when urine is yellow color. 4. Sometime body had been jerk during urination. Not all time . Its may be once per day or may be not.
