This is muscular pain becuse of coughing but you go to physician nearby he will examine you and will advise you for blood investigations and x-ray chest. After that he will decide further management.
Persistent cough can cause pain in muscles of chest and abdomen.
Once your cough is treated you will have relief in this pain. You can take mild analgesic tablet for this.

General Physician
Good morning.
The pain you are having in the left side of the abdomen only during the cough maybe due to sprain in ribs or muscles of lower part of the chest and abdomen.
Itihaas to attend by the physician and you need clinical examination.
Please consult any general physician at your local area and get the treatment.
Thank you very much.
