I’m experiencing a throbbing headache localized to the left temple area, within a 3–4 cm radius. The pain started suddenly last night before sleep as a sharp, intense sensation and continued until I fell asleep. However, when I woke up during the night, the pain was not present. After waking up in the morning, the headache gradually returned and has been ongoing for several hours. The pain comes in waves — sometimes milder, sometimes more intense — and increases while chewing. I’ve also noticed occasional numbness over the same area. There was a gap of about 9 hours between my last meal and the onset of the headache, although the earlier meal was heavy. This kind of headache has never happened to me before. There’s been no vomiting, vision issues, fever, or confusion. I have a history of fatty
liver and high SGPT levels. I’d like your help in understanding what may be causing this?
