There is a little sweeling on my left cheek , i always feel the liittle pain in neck and throat. Please advise

The reason of the swelling could be many like decayed tooth,joint problem or an erupting wisdom tooth,,see a dentist in person asap.

The cause of the swelling needs to be evaluated. It could be a wisdom molar or could be a non dental cause. U can do warm salt water rinses for time being

Do ice pack fermentation from outside and do warm saline rinses in ur mouth 5 6 times a day and observe.if swellings doesnot subside then c any ent and dentist nearby
