Due to some lifting few days back my back started paining in such a way that when I wake up from bed my left leg pain from hip to ankle and hip is tilted towards left. After four five days it became ok but now when I got normal routine it started again but the pain is less severe than before..what should I do to get complete ok.

As long as you don't have neurological symptoms down your leg, no need to worry.
Rest, Hot water fomentation, local ointment and pain killer if needed.
