Left side leg pain from hip to down
Due to some lifting few days back my back started paining in such a way that when I wake up from bed my left leg pain from hip to ankle and hip is tilted towards left. After four five days it became ok but now when I got normal routine it started again but the pain is less severe than before..what should I do to get complete ok.

You most likely sprained your back while lifting.

As long as you don't have neurological symptoms down your leg, no need to worry. Rest, Hot water fomentation, local ointment and pain killer if needed.

Avoid squatting on the ground and bending forward.
