It is due to disc bulge in neck. It can be pushed back to it's normal place with manual therapy,  to give instant relief. Good luck.

How long do you have this pain? Is the pain continuous or intermittent?  Your pain could be due to neck muscle strain or spasm or disc lesion.
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for your neck for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.
