Left side chest pain
Gerd problem cause left side chest pain or same back problem ? Also can occur lump on tongue like something stuck in your throat if yes so plz advise something.. I am facing that problem from last 4 months. I stopped my bp tablet which I was taken 3 months. This month I stopped it coz I thought may be its giving side effect on me.. plz guide me

What antihypertensive drug are taking ? You may use alternate brand or change the drug. GERD problem can cause heart burn acidity mild chest pain like symptoms (mimicking stable angina). Avoid spicy food antacid semi recumbent position Tight garments tea coffee etc ... Do exercise use PPIs + mucus protecting syrup + plenty of water Do HRCT thorax + ECG to rule out sliding hernia angina or other cardiac disease

GERD may cause heart burns that increase after food intake, belching , sore throat. But it can be handled. ..BP tablet should not be stopped in the view of side effects without consultation ..
