Left Side Abdomen Pain. For this?

Hi, Earlier I had kidney stones and it was removed through laparoscopy around 8.5 years ago. From past two three days, I was feeling pain left side (b/w ribs and hips), so I decided to go for a KUB Ultrasound. The radiologist informed that everything seems to be fine except the left side ureter which seems to be a bit narrow from where its connected to my left kidney. Earlier during my laparoscopy operation, doctors inserted a DJ STENT for two months mentioning that the same left hand side ureter is narrow. Now, I am going to attach some previous and latest reports of my ultrasound. Please check and suggest what should I do? Pain is bearable.. and wont affect much, but would it going to affect my kidneys in future?? And what is the solution for this?? Again I have to go for insertion of STENT or would there be any medication for the same.? Also, radiologist was not clear if there was any stone in ureter, she has mentioned the same jn the report.
