At 64yrs age, you will be a high risk to go out for consultations. As suggested take tab hifenac-p twice A day for 5days. Apply topical gel like OXALGIN. Use warm fomentation. If not then you should consult after 2weeks

Hi, The information given by you is quite incomplete in terms of onset, duration of symptoms and any history of injury. From your description it seems you have shoulder pain. At your age of 64 yrs there is possibility of frozen shoulder due to coexisting diabetes also. I would advise you to take private online consultation with me on Practo for detailed history, findings and treatment. For the pain at present I can suggest you to take Tab Dolo 650 twice a day which is mild painkiller but safe at your age and diabetes. However it will be better to take accurate treatment by consulting with me
Next Steps
Consult directly with me, your orthopaedic doctor, through Practo for detail history, discussion and treatment plan. Here we can chat or can also do audio or video consultation for detailed management. Take appointment for thorough prescription and consultation
