Left Scrotal pain
I have always wore tight underwear since my childhood with no pain but recently whenever I wear them, I have this pain on my left testicle and a dull pain all the time. So I had to resort to loose boxers. Why is this sudden pain, I am 20. NOTE : My scrotal ultrasound is normal. I have attached it here.
