Left renal pelvis 4.6mm
Dr iam 34 weeks pregnant..my eight mnth usg scan shows prominence of left renewal pelvis noted with4.6 mm ap diameter.is it a major problem?waiting for ur valuable suggestions

I presume you are talking about pelvis of the baby. 4.6mm renal pelvis diameter may be normal for the baby at this stage of pregnancy. If the growth of baby is normal as per this scan, you need not worry. Once you deliver, USG of the baby can be done in first 2-3daya of his/her life. Then further plan of action can be decided.
If you still have doubts, contact a fetal medicine doctor or a paediatric nephrologist nearby.
