Fetal hydronephrosis (dilation of the renal pelvis with or without dilation of the renal calyces) is a common finding on antenatal ultrasound . In most cases, renal pelvic dilation is a transient physiologic state. majority of cases of fetal hydronephrosis are not clinically significant, and therefore, excessive concern may lead to unnecessary testing of the newborn infant and anxiety for parents and health care providers Most experts in the field use a value above 4 to 5 mm as the lowest cutoff for fetal hydronephrosis in the second trimester. Gestational age, maternal hydration, and the urinarybladder distention may affect its variability.
Next Steps
Ask the radiologist about any possible abnormalities is the urinary bladder, ureter. How are the kidneys appearing. what's the state of amniotic fluid amount? is there any other nonrenal anomalies? if answer to all above questions is normal, don't panic, repeat USG in Third Trimester to look for it again. hope this helps.

I think you must consult a paediatric urologist.
