Left lower abdomen pain & infection
Last 2 months I wasn't having complete 6-7 days periods and also I was constipated i didn't have flow it used to have(just for 2 months) and I didn't know I had candida I also have swelling in left lower abdomen it hurts last month periods were so painful having dark color but after because of constipation I got fissure and it got healed but now I have infection there! And I also have itching in vagina too, my fissure doctor had given me medicine for anus infection but I'm also having vaginal itching I think anus infection is because of vaginal infection when I had fissure I didn't have infection i got infection there when I started having vaginal itching and when pee touches that anus area it hurts even more! I also have left lower abdomen pain this time when I'm having periods and color also dark(never had left lower abdomen pain during periods ) now I also have anus infection periods are so hard to handle this time because of infection 😭😭 kindly tell me what to do😭
