Lower abdomen pain 6 week preg
Last night I had acute lower abdomen pain just like UTI pain and pressure. Doc prescribed Niftran. Though urine culture report shows no bacteria pathogen. Theb what was this pain? I had this pain earlier too and had UTI only. But this time its pregnancy i dnt want to take any chance. No spotting nothing. But dark yellow urine. Dont know what is happening

A little pain is a normal symptom of pregnancy
Get an ultrasound done to rule out ectopic pregnancy
Get a test called urine routine
More than 5 pus cells warrants antibiotics
Dark urine is due to inadequate water intake
Increase fluid intake
