I am asking on behalf of my wife she didn't get her monthly period for last 1.5 months passed
She was getting regular period her last date was on 20 th January 2024 she tested urine for pregancy but it's showing negative we had in relationship on 9 Feb 2024
So can't understand why it not showing pragnacy kit positive she don't have any much symptoms she gets sometimes mild giddiness in between .
I attached here sonography report we had done
Thyroid report also came normal
Please explain what step to take ahed shall we wait or what to do?

Please connect for prescription. She needs to get some tests done aswell as takke medicine to get periods.
