As u told that u have knee pain since a week. Use Hot water Fomentation on knee. Also start doing exercises like towel press with knee and avoid squatting, stair climbing. Visit to the Physiotherapist

Gupta ji u may be doing business but the kind of work u ha any mention if ur obese then there may be pain n ur joint as ur putting more weight on one leg compared to the other leg so weight adjustment and reduction of ur weight is a must u can keep hot water fermentation for the knee joint if no swelling more over switch to cold pack I’f there swelling kindly do change ur slipper for a MCR model or if ur wearing a shoe u need a soft sole inside it learn some basic exercises from a nearby Physio if ur pain doesn’t subside u have treatment with them also like IFT
