Left knee pain
My left knee mri says - sprain of anterior cruciate ligament. Linear horizontal hyperintense signal intensity seen in the anterior horn of lateral mensicus reaching up to superior articular surface , suggestive of grade 3 tear. Approximately 2.3 * 1.0cm sized synovial/ ganglion cyst in posterior to posterior cruciate ligament

The lateral meniscus tear may have to be addressed with repair/debridement.. Rest looks conservatively treatable.. Please see an orthopaedician specialised in arthroscopy
