Left knee joint. But no effects.

Thru other help i went to hospital n it was confirmed its not gout or sephtic..n they said it could be gono Ortho issue after i confessed i had sex without protection. Tests were run,medicines like antibiotis,painkillers,injects one after another but still not sure whats the disease. I even injected that gonorrahe injection fearing it could be that. After a week it became worse..swelling at knee was same wit severe pain n now even my ankle started to swell around joint side. Then started the side effects..i had very high fever,dizzy,pain n swelling on knee n ankle..i couldnt get up from bed. N because of the meds n inject dose my body started to weaken. I kept visiting hospital for 2 months but still they couldnt find my disease. I got hopeless and stopped visiting hospital. My left thigh muscles started to shrink rapidly with same swelling on knee n ankle joints. Then i visited some traditional hospital but no effects.
