Left hand and shoulder pain
I have left hand uppar side and left shoulder pain for last three week..muscle pain medicine arw suggested by doctor but no relief.. x-ray of shoulder have nothing...what should i do...can it be cardio problem.?

Get ecg and 2d echo done and if they are normal then only go for tmt
