Left eye twitching right after workout
I see my left eye starts twitching almost constantly right after workout and it persists for days. I have observed this issue only in the winter season , while i was doing same workout regime in summers, i was completely fine. My screen time and stress level is also under control. When i stopped exercise for few days just to analyse i didn't see this issue . Can someone please guide me what is this issue related to .. is this eye problem or related to high BP ? I checked my lipid profile last week because i doubted it could be related to blood but it was under control . Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Twitching is related generally to high adrenaline levels in the blood. It is caused by stimulation of an involuntary muscle strip in the lid margin. It can continue for a few weeks intermittently. Seasonal association is unusual. You may get an adrenal profile done as well. Putting a small strip of tape on the lid margin may help as a counter irritant.
