I have redness in my left eye since a week with Some whitish layer forming from above the eyeball and no irritation or water is flowing

it seems to be uveitis. please  consult an ophthalmologist nearby. because  physical examination is important in your  case.

Pls consult an ophthalmologist so that it eye can be examined under magnification to ascertain the cause of your symptoms.
