She has left ear with bad smell what was the problem for it.. But no fever she is cleft palate baby 4 months 21 days. Can i know the treatment for it

Hi. Could be due to impacted wax. Or if there is any infection please look for any pus discharge. Pls go to your nearby ENT Specialist for ear examination and if needed ear cleaning as well
