Left Ear block

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Last week. While I attempt to clean my left ear through ear buds. After cleaning it was blocked. I have used a ear drop neosporin-H. I left few days. My left ear not hearing properly. Today I tried to clean my ear and I can see the blood comes from my ear. Is it a problem? I hear some noise in my left ear. Can you please suggest a remedy?

First of all we are not suppose to clear our ears with buds. Having little wax Is essential, wax can be pushed inside towards the tympanic membrane when we use bud. And then don't experiment with yourself. Please consult an ENT for ear checkup and Audiologist for hearing test.
