Get your 2decho,CT angio/angiogram done. Everything cannot be detected just with ecg and tmt. Sometimes ,mild and moderate coronary artery diseases are not detected with routine tests. If you feel breathing issues or left hand pain after climbing stairs, lifting weights,or after heavy lunch or after brisk walk for certain distance or doing something strenuous immediately after heavy meal, then it's a heart problem for sure. Observe when the pain occurs exactly and Consult a cardiologist at the earliest.
