Hi Doctors, I have this unusual muscle twitching in my left arm bicep. It started a few days ago. It's not continuous and I notice it mostly when I am in a resting state. It's not painful nor causing any physical discomfort. The twitches usually last for a few seconds only but whenever it happens it makes me anxious and worried. Looking forward for some advice on this. Thank you

Hi Sir.
Muscles twitch when they involuntary contract. There is usually nothing to worry about if there is no pain or discomfort or any other symptom associated with it.
Next Steps
A few lifestyle choices like too much stress, caffeine, excessive exercise and less of fluids might lead to it
