Twitching.
The upper part of my right lip near the cheek is twitching since morning. It is irritating me now. I don't know what is causing it. I hope it is nothing serious. I made a small video of it too, but can't attach. Help.

I agree with dr Pallavi R Hegde . It is good to treat as early as possible or else it may lead to some serious issue. Take ekangaveera ras 2-0-2 before food. Apply mahamasha taila to the face and do gentle massage.
Next Steps
make sure that u don't have constipation. and put anu  taila to nose twice a day i.e after bath and while sleeping 2 drops in both nostrils.
Health Tips
for any query you can consult online. Thank you.

Put warm ghee drops to nose for 2 days .. Around 2 hrs once... 3 to 4 drops... Apply generous amount of virgin or edible coconut oil over head ... or not ghee is better to head... winter season...Vata gets aggressive... better to cure in initially...
