I get twitching near my face - right side near nose and the same is happening on my left eye lid also.
Is this something related to lack of sleep or consuming too much caffeine or anything?

Facial twitching near the nose and eyelid is often due to fatigue, excessive caffeine, stress, eye strain, or nutritional deficiencies (e.g., magnesium). Address it by ensuring 7-9 hours of sleep, reducing caffeine, staying hydrated, managing stress through relaxation techniques, and minimizing screen time. Persistent twitching, spreading to other areas, or symptoms like weakness, drooping, or vision changes may indicate a more serious issue and require medical attention. If it continues despite lifestyle adjustments, consult a doctor to rule out underlying conditions like nerve irritation or neurological disorders. Most cases are benign and improve with simple lifestyle changes.
