Leaving child with grand parents
My daughter is 10 months old and both my husband and me are employees. We will leave home at 9 AM and return at 8 PM. As of now my mother in law is taking care of her. But she is going to leave after a month. Hence My parents -in-law are thinking of taking my daughter with them  when she turns 1 year old. But I'm concerned if it's a good idea or not and how it will affect baby's mental health and development. Please advise me if I can send my one year old daughter away with her grandparents to live?
