Lean pcod
M a case of lean pcod..i tuk diane for 1 yr for cystic acne caused by pcod which i nvr had in ky whole life..my acne vanished..then i tuk a break of 3 mnths..n again takin it since 3 years..my periods have always been consistent on n off diane..my hormonal panel is also nrmal...no thyroid or diabetes..just polcystic ovaries in ultrasound ..i m unmarried and a virgin..dont drink or smoke..physicaly fit..diane gives relief from period pain and acne ..how long can i take diane without any risk ?

Hello welcome to practo.com,pcod is a symptom due to horonal imbalance,so you should  avoid carbohydrates and eat green vegetables and proteins ,you can continue your Diane 35 tab ,and add tab Krimson 35 one tab twice a day for 6 to 8 months as there is insulin resistance.our aim should be to reduce stress and weight.and oily food,pcod never cure,only you can keep a control by healthy diet and weight control and medicines.if you want to consult me,I am available for vedio consultation also.
