Late periods by 20 days, now arrived
I have got my periods today after delay of 20 days and flow is also normal as normal periods have. It happened for the first time with me so I want to know can it happen with me again? Or what extra care do I need to take so that such delay won't happen again.
Finally I would like to thank Dr. M. Inthu for suggesting me to wait rather than going for any medication. It worked for me. I practiced yoga specially for menses related problems and had haldi milk with dates daily.
