Late period
My period is 6 days late. My cycle is regular of 28 days. I am having backpain and cramps and also feeling heavy on the lower abdomen and having ache breast. I took primosa 1000 for 2 days. But still there is no sign. I am having white discharge. I took a self pregnancy test and it was negative. What should I do? Because of this i am feeling depressed.

Wait fr a day more As a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal If still no periods u need investigations to find out other reasons fr the delay rather than get depressed
