Asked for Female, 23 Years

Large bumps on whole body causing itching and redness. It is diagnosed in winters only and it takes minimum 7 days to recover. Bathing with the water containing few drops of Dettol antiseptic gives temporary relief of about 3 hours in itching and swelling. I want to know the name of this disease, it's cure and it's medication.
