Laparoscopy for endometriosis and tubes
I previously had a HSG which showed both blocked fallopian tubes. After that I had a laparoscopic surgery a week ago, which they drained a cyst on the right ovary and removed some but not much Endometrioma around uterus area. They also said that the tubal flush actually should was travelling but very slowly through the fallopian tubes which is better than HSG. How likely am I to get pregnant with tubes being only partially blocked ?and what is next likely treatment?

If at least one of the tubes is open you can try natural conception if you fail or the tubes are blocked you can proceed with IUI
