Laparoscopic surgery of hernia
My father is 60 yrs had laparoscopic surgery of bilingual hernia 10 days before. He has 3 bandage on his stomach , one of the bandage at his umbilical cord has some black colour on it but no discharge of any liquid. What should i do he has appointment on coming Sunday for dressing of bandages? Wait till Sunday or consultant the hospital where the surgery was done ?

Black colour might be betadine which has been used while dressing or could be clotted blood (minimal oozing ).Best is to consult hospital where surgery is done.
