I need to know that After how much time can one start going to gym or start exercising after Inguinal Hernia surgery?

Inguinal hernias happen because of weak abdominal muscles. Although during surgery mesh is put in to strength the muscles but if you exert in Gym then this mesh will give way and you will again have recurrence of hernia. So wait for at least 3 months then do gym but ensure you don’t put pressure on abs
