Exercise after surgery
I had piles surgery two weeks ago. before that i was doing some floor exercise daily. when shall i continue to do that? for weight loss i was taking sessions in VLCC. when shall i continue?

Hello. Your ability to tolerate exercises will depend upon post-surgical wound status and type of exercise, as too much stretching is not recommended immediately after piles surgery. Contact your surgeon for further opinion regarding this matter. Hope this helps.
