Hb level of 9.2 gm% is not a  good condition. It may be all right for survival but it is not healthy living. You should get CBC, Blood for Vit B12 and D3 done. Take Iron and Folic acid and Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc supplements. Take Multivitamin capsules daily. Laparoscopy involves least amount of blood loss out of all operations performed on human body. So don't blame doctors. If any thing, you have to do a lot for your own body.
