Having bad dream is not a problem, but feeling tired during daytime is. You are also having difficulty to concentrate. These symptoms may part of anxiety or depressive Disorders. One can also have feeling of sadness for most of the time, lethargy, inability to enjoy, or changes in appetite. You should discuss this in detail with a Psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
